Posted by I am seeking a licensed realtor to list and sell my home in north Evergreen with standard fees. He or she must be familiar with DIA or NextGen airplane noise.
More specifically, the home is in the “mid-priced” range and is between Evergreen Lake and I-70. Although 60 miles from DIA, the home is affected by airport and NextGen routing airplane noise. I would prefer a realtor familiar and experienced with selling a home under these conditions, and also one who has worked in this area.
I may also be seeking to purchase a home in area and may need assistance with that, potentially even as a buyer-represented agent.
This could be posted in “gigs” but it is not for a laborer.
