Whoever knowingly and willfully obstructs or retards the passage of the mail, or any carrier or conveyance carrying the mail, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. (a) Whoever, being a Postal Service officer or employee, unlawfully secretes, destroys, detains, delays, or opens any letter, postal card, package, bag, or mail entrusted to him or which shall come into his possession, and which was intended to be conveyed by mail, or carried or delivered by any carrier or other employee of the Postal Service, or forwarded through or delivered from any post office or station thereof established by authority of the Postmaster General or the Postal Service, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
That is from an old post; here to be exact. That is why I keep a blog.
That it happened again is no surprise. About 3 months ago I once again reported dangerous speeding and was told “patrols will be increased.” I knew it was a lie. That is part of the problem, or at least it is a symptom of it.
Two more arrogant, don’t know anything about local laws or federal ones, state patrol troopers in my driveway is all I need or want.
I have also reported incessant street racing, worse now in the Summer, more than once. Then there is the noise and the dump trucks in particular. It is way over the local vehicular limit. Who s responsible for that one?
